Segways

Under the supervision of our qualified instructors, your delegates can explore the estate on these battery operated transporters (max travelling speed 12mph), the perfect way to take a break from a formal conference or meeting.

An opportunity to live in the moment, they can take in the stunning scenery our 800 acre estate has to offer. They might meet even some of our more wild residents including Pheasants, Hares, Deer, Owls and Red Kites.

And if you’re looking for a more challenging team event, we can put them through their paces on our coned course before setting them free across open fields, gravel tracks and bluebell woods. Available as a standard 45 minute tour; or you can choose our Segway games options for bigger groups, allowing 2 teams to compete for best skills and speed.

4x4 off-road driving

Our all weather, off-road course, designed and built by Land Rover, will test your team to their limits!

Under the supervision of our BORDA qualified instructors, they will drive our Land Rover Defenders across rough terrain, steep hills and drops, flowing water, mud ruts and purpose built features. It’s all about working together; off-road driving is a great way to encourage collaborative working.

For an extra challenge, try our specially converted, reverse steer Land Rover Discovery. It’s an exciting way to encourage communication and build trust under challenging conditions.

We are registered with the British Off Road Driving Association (BORDA) and International Organisation of Professional Drivers (IOPD). All delegates must hold a full driving licence, be accustomed to a manual drive vehicle, use unmodified controls and wear standard fitted safety belts.

Off-Road Truck Driving

Challenge your more adventurous delegates to get behind the wheel of our DAF lorry and test their driving skills across rough terrain, steep hills and drops and open water.

As a team activity, it’s suitable for a small group with a maximum of 2 drivers in the cab. It’s a great way to build communication and bond teams.

Want to reward your high achievers? Our qualified instructors will get behind the wheel and treat them to a thrill ride round our 4x4 course!

Quad Treks

How about a tour of our 800 acres estate aboard a Suzuki Ozark 250cc quad? It’s a relaxing way to break up a long day or reward your team. Before setting off, your delegates will be briefed by our qualified instructors before being kitted out with helmets and overalls. We require all riders to bring gloves (these can be purchased on the day). They’ll be guided through working farmland, across muddy farm tracks, streams and water filled ditches. We’re committed to protecting our land, so we take a different route on nearly every tour to minimise disruption.

Crazy Car

Turn the steering wheel to the right; you guessed it, the car goes left. It’s a fun activity to get people working together and building communication skills, as they drive our Crazy Car across our course. And once they’ve mastered it? The next step is to drive blindfolded...
